Fin!

I am now officially a graduate-in-waiting*. In waiting because I still need to do my internship. Speaking of internship, when I got the email from Petronas about the details of my internship, I was quite surprised to see that I'll be working 40 hours per week with only an hour to eat, rest and pray in the afternoon. It would be quite hard since I'm already accustomed to the French 35 hours working week with 2 hours break for lunch. Errk.

Anyways, back to the graduate-in-waiting thingy.... weeeeeeeeeeee. It's all over! I'm no longer a student! I'm no longer a student! I'm no longer a student! (sing to the tune of conga). Well, at least for now, because I'll need to do my ACCA after the intership. But for now, I'm feeling out of this world. The only thing that can ruin this moment is if the following conversation takes place:

Me: Yay, I've finished my degree
Someone: Big deal, I've finished mine last December
Me: (Pretending not to hear that) And now I'll sit for my ACCA papers. I'm exempted for 4 of with my degree
Someone: Well, I'm exempted for 8 with mine
Me: (Sheesh, what a party pooper) Oh yeah (getting annoyed), well, at least I can speak French!
Someone: Huh, moi aussi!

Now the closest that I've got to such a conversation was with Zeti last year. She graduated last winter and has more exemptions that I do. I really, really do hope that she doesn't speak French.
