the neverending story

For those of you who've seen the movie or have read the book, don't you think that it's a marketing scam? I mean it says "Neverending", but yet you find yourself turning the last page of the book or watching the end credits of the movie.

My fourth semester has begun for a couple of weeks but this week is when most classes will begin. This has got to be the worst planned semester of all. They're trying to cram in 20 weeks of classes into 10 to make way for the internship, which,I am yet to find a place to do it (I have just received a reject letter from Canal+). I guess if I couldn't find any in France by the end of February, I'll begin to seek actively in Malaysia.

The meeting with Sylvie Lerond last Thursday went quite well. Unlike last year, she was in a good mood. She told us to choose where we want to go next year. I have decided to either stay in Lille, or move to Strasbourg or Mulhouse (what can I say?I'm a true blue alsacien). Most people would want to go to Paris, but not me. Paris is a nice place to visit but not to live.

I am now officially running for the treasurer's post in MASAF. Anyone who wishes to see my manifesto, can do so starting tomorrow by going to http://www.masaf-online.org/. Wish me luck! And vote for me.
