When everything else has been done...

I think this week is the most improductive week eversince I came to Lille. I really did nothing. Today, I told myself that I need to do something. So I decided to walk to Villeneuve d'Ascq instead of taking the métro to buy my tickets for the coming April holidays. After nearly one year living in this area, I just found out that one can walk to the mall rather than taking the métro. I think it takes about the same time considering the time you have to walk to the métro station, to wait for the metro, to stop at the station between Cité Scientifique and Villeneuve d'Ascq Hôtel de Ville (which is by the way the longest métro station name I've ever seen, can't they just put Villeneuve d'Ascq?). But the thing is, you have to walk through a subway that looks as if it might collapse at any moment since it was built with zink and not concrete, and you have to cross the autoroute (motorway) on a bridge, which might create a certain problem for people who are afraid of heights like me (I was feeling dizzy alright).

When I came back, I look at the pile of clothes in my laundry bag, waiting to be folded. And since I am running out of socks, I began to fold them. Speaking about folded clothes, I remember what my brother said about guys folding clothes "Girls should get married with guys who fold their clothes, instead of guys who just hang their clothes in their closets". Ahahaha, I have no idea if that's true.

In the evening, after Maghrib, and 2 chapters of Harry Potter, I decided to clean up my room. I swept my floor, and managed to flap my carpet outside my window. I've never seen my room this clean before! It feels just like when I first came in in September. What's left to be done is the dishes. Benda paling malas nak buat dalam dunia.

After that, I realised that it's still early, so I made myself a map of Europe with dots of places that I want to go. I'm quite impress myself to see how many places I've been to in just a year and a half. I've even planned my next trip during the All Saints holidays, which is in November. Ahahaha. I'm not telling where, but let's just hope that I won't meet any singing von Trapps there.

Admitting is the first step to solving a problem
Trying is the first step to failing
