That's what Giovanna said in our french class a few days ago while we were discussing something about man-woman relationhip (I'm shocked, you know). Siap lengkap ngan gaya pompuan ngada. Ahaha kelakar la. Kire macam orang malaysia gak lah orang perancis ni. Kalau cakap english tu kengkadang main taram je. Hari tu, kat TV agaknya dier nak kata "one more box, what are we going to do?"... tetiba terlepas "one more boxes, what are we doing?". Kat sini semua perkataan yang ada bunyi english sikit adalah suatu 'anglicisme' and the french refer to the english most of the time as the 'anglo-saxons' even if the anglo-saxons were a Viking tribe that settled in England a few centuries ago.

I have to admit that the people in the marketing sector in France have been doing a very good job. I mean, who can stop oneself from buying a product that's shown soooo good on tele for like almost 10 times a day. Because of the TV ads (mostly food), i've tried Danone Actimel, BIO yogurt Danone, HELLO de LU, Amora Bolognaise Preparation, Petit Dejouner Danone, El Paso Fajita, Liebig Tomato Mozzarella Soup and Buitoni's Pizza (only cheese of course), Harpic's Toilet Cleaner, and, of course Garnier anti-dandruff-hair-straightening-and-moisturizing shampoo. Ahaha. Hey, i'm not the only one.
Ahahaha, Guess what? We saw Lim Keng Yaik on TV today. Today we had a marketing class. We watched a video that was recorded from an emission that was aired a few ywars ago on a national TV. It's about the world of tyres. In three words it's tyres, rubbers and globalisation. At first they talked about the tyre industry in France and in the world. OK fine. Then they talked about the rubber industry in Brazil. There, they still gather rubber the old way. No plantations. Only wild rubber trees. So for a day's worth of rubber, they have to wak 30-40km a day and facing the dangers of while animals. And they complained that the english stole 60000 rubber seeds from them years ago, and they took it to Malaysia. So now they're no longer the only country to produce rubber. Then they talked about the rubber industry in South East Asia. In Thailand they showed how a rubber plantation worker gathers the rubber milk every morning and how the exploiters fight for a higher price to protect the small planters. Then they showed Singapore and how the 5 tyre giants fighting for a lower price. Then they showed Malaysia. No rubber plantations, no giants fighting, but Lim Keng Yaik. He was sitting in a white comfortable chaire, in a room made out of teak wood i think, crossing his legs, goyang kaki, with a cup of coffee in his hands and said 'Today, a kilo of rubber can only buy a cup of coffee. Ahahah'. Siap gelak tu tak tahan. Personally i think, the image that he gave was a bad one. It's like those asian ministers that you see in Hollywood, corrupted and all. I'm not saying that he's corrupted, but his image just verifies the Hollywood point of view on corrupted asian government.
Hari ni chat lama ngan Irda. Dari pukul 5.15 sampailah pukul 8. Irda ni antara geng aku la masa sekolah rendah dulu. Kenal dari Darjah 1 lagi. Masa darjah 5,6 semua budak PTS dok kat kelas sama. Dier ni kire pemegang rahsia aku la masa tu. Dier ni bahaya. Kabel di mana-mana. Ahahaha. Memang Mami Jarum. So hari ni chat pasal dak-dak kat kelas tu. Dah lama tak contact. So aku tanyalah dier berita pasal semua 44 budak kelas. Sambil chat aku carik gak bebudak tu kat frenster. Aku jumpa Wan Azri. Aku bagitaula Irda. Irda add dier, and hantar mesej 'Weh ko ingat aku tak? Kalau tak ingat aku bocorkan rahsia besar kau'. Oooo, ni la gunanya jadi amanah masa kecik2 dulu yek. Dah besar boleh ugut orang. Ahaha. Jangan marah Irda. Gurau jek. Tapi memang dah lama betul tak contact diorang. Dahla kitorang 1st batch, tahun tu sekolah kitorang the best pulak tu, 44 orang, paling ramai kat Malaysia. Kitorang dulu agak rapat la. Tapi masuk form 1 masing2 dengan hidup masing2. Sedih la pulak.
